<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely preclude charges from being accumulated in the inside of a sensor, by simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This grounding structure 10 is provided with the first and second attaching members 52, 54 for sandwiching the sensor 44. The first attaching member 52 abuts to a sensor main body 44 of a metal part, and is connected to an earth line 56a via an earth terminal 88.
