PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody molded product which is made usable in the open air over a long period of time by compounding the woody molded product with wood flour in high concentration to improve the water resistance and weatherability thereof, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The outer surface of a core material part 2, which is obtained by molding a resin containing 70 to 95 wt.% of wood flour by extrusion molding, is covered with a resin cover layer 3 formed by extrusion molding and an embossed pattern 31 is formed to the outer surface of the cover layer 3. The resins for constituting the core material part 2 and the cover layer 3 are preferably polypropylene.
