PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety drive support apparatus capable of supporting safety driving of a driver by informing the driver of attention attracting information which is not neglected by the driver. SOLUTION: A judging section 4 judges whether or not a present position as one element of present state information and an attention attracting position as one element of the attention attracting information satisfy a predetermined condition, whether or not a present time as one element of present state information and an attention attracting time as one element of the attention attracting information satisfy a predetermined condition, whether or not a present weather as one element of present state information and an attention attracting weather as one element of the attention attracting information satisfy a predetermined condition, and whether or not a present vehicle operation as one element of present state information and a vehicle operation at the attention attracting time as one element of the attention attracting information satisfy a predetermined condition.
