PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly soundproof conveyor of soundproof specification with easy workability which is favorably used for outdoor use where water resistance is required. SOLUTION: A vibration damping material with a restrictive member laminated on one side of a vibration damping sheet formed of organic polymer material (preferably resin composition consisting of, by weight, chlorine polymer material with 20-70% chlorine content, and at least one kind of chlorinated paraffin of 30-70% chlorine content) is affixed to an outer wall surface of a conveyor.
