PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably judge the state of wiring even when several information input/output devices, a driving source, an annunciator and a control board are wired for electrical connection in a disorderly manner and several wiring cords which can not be recognized by their appearance are bound. SOLUTION: Leads 78 which are connected to one connector unit (72, 74 and 76) are bound by a binder 100 composed of several cylinders 102 coupled in line. Since the binder 100 has the function of sorting in addition to its primary function of binding, a necessary lead 78 can be found out from the lead wires 78 which are wired in a disorderly manner. Namely, the problem of a conventionally used binding band that bound lead wires 78 can not be recognized by their appearance when they are not color-coded can be resolved and all the lead wires 78 can be formed in the same color.
