PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM receiver which sets an FFT window at a position for preventing the interference between symbols even if an interference wave of the delay quantity and preceding quantity of guard interval length in the maximum is mixed when an OFDM signal having the guard interval length of 1/4 of effective symbol length is received. SOLUTION: A delay information detection section 16 calculates the delay quantity when assuming that the interference wave is a delay wave and the preceding quantity when assuming that the interference wave is a preceding wave, when the guard interval length is set to be 1/4 of the effective symbol length, and at the same time when it cannot be judged whether the interference wave is the delay wave or the preceding wave. Additionally, front-ghost/rear-ghost judgment sections 17 transmit delay quantity information by the delay information detection section 16 to a delay information detection section 12 when it is judged that the interference wave is the delay wave, and transmit preceding quantity information by the delay information detection section 16 when it is judged that the interference wave is the preceding wave.
