PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating structure for a building having living spaces, utilizing a natural draft, even when its direction changes, for ventilating the living spaces. SOLUTION: The ventilating structure comprises a plurality of outside air intakes for taking outside air from a plurality of outer wall faces of a building B1, a feed loop duct 10 having feed ports for supplying the outside air taken from the outside air intakes into the living spaces 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, inside air intakes for taking inside air from the living spaces 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, and an exhaust loop duct 20 having exhaust ports for exhausting the inside air taken from the inside air intakes to the outside.
