PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for eliminating dripping from a water supply port for discharging cold water, sanitarily keeping the water supply port, and causing no mixing of dust. SOLUTION: This refrigerator has a water tank arranged in a storage, the water supply port attached to an outside plate of a door, a pipe for communicating the water tank with the water supply port, a pump arranged in the middle of this pipe and pumping water from the water tank, a first cover for covering an upper surface, a side surface and a front surface of the water supply port and opening a bottom surface, a second cover for moving between a position for blocking up the opened bottom surface of this first cover and a nonblocking position and a switch for switching operation or stopping of the pump by the movement of this second cover. This refrigerator is constituted so as to partition the inside of the water supply port by a plurality of ribs having the vertical directional specific height. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
