PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump suitable for use in a minimum flow rate/small output region, and having excellent durability, simple structure, small-sized/compact body, and good productivity. SOLUTION: The gear pump comprises a cylindrical motor stator 11, a motor rotator 12, a drive gear 47, and a driven gear 48. The gear pump further comprises: an outer casing 41; and an inner casing 43 disposed in the outer casing and constituted of two or more members (an inner casing body 44, and side plates 45, 46). The inner casing 43 houses the drive gear 47 and the driven gear 48. A flow passage is disposed to the outer casing 41 to guide handling liquid to a motor rotator chamber 20. A discharge port 16 is disposed to the motor rotator chamber 20 to discharge the handling liquid. A stator can 22 covers an inner periphery of the motor stator 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
