A precise creation of the lower edge of a model for a crown is normally made difficult by the unintentional mixing of the used substance with saliva and blood and a premature hardening of the material because of the temperature inside the mouth. The slightly curved new attachment (2) is joined to the mixing nozzle by engaging a circular projection (1) with a recess and can be pushed over the remains of the tooth. The silicone is inserted from above and kept in shape by the cover.
