摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized, inexpensive, high-performance analog switch circuit in which ON resistance is reduced low without enlarging a transistor size of a PMOSFET. <P>SOLUTION: In a CMOS analog switch 1, in the case of charging to input an analog signal from an analog signal input terminal 4, a switch 9 between a back gate B and a source S of a PMOS transistor 3 is turned on and a switch 10 between the back gate B and a drain D of the PMOS transistor 3 is turned off, so that the back gate B is connected only to the analog signal input terminal 4. In the case of discharging to output an analog signal to an analog signal output terminal 5, the switch 9 is turned off and the switch 10 is turned on, so that the back gate B is connected only to the analog signal output terminal 5. When the CMOS analog switch 1 is turned off, a switch 8 between the back gate B of the PMOS transistor 3 and a high potential power source VDD is turned on to connect the back gate B to the high potential power source VDD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
