<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection hard-coated film which has excellent transparency without unevenness in color even if manufactured by a solution phase method, and has the excellent adhesion of a hard-coated layer to a base material film even if metallic particulates with a high refractive index are contained in the hard-coated layer. <P>SOLUTION: A layer which contains an alkoxysilane compound expressed by the formula: A-Si(OR)<SB>3</SB>(wherein A represents an organic functional group and R represents a ≤5C alkyl group), the hard-coated layer which contains a resin and metallic oxide particulates with a refractive index of 1.6 or more and an average particle diameter of 200 nm or less, and a layer which is composed of a low-refraction material with a refractive index of 1.50 or less are laminated on one surface of a resin film in this order.
