<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a signal acquisition apparatus which realizes proper performing of heart rate synchronous photographing about an object having the condition of arrhythmia, and to provide an X-ray CT instrument provided with such a signal acquisition apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: As for the object, a projection signal and heart rate signal of a plurality of views based on X-rays are acquired (601). The projection signal and the heart rate signal are stored (603). A heart rate is obtained based on the heart rate signal (605). The temporal progress of the heart rate is displayed (607). A place of an irregular heart rate in the temporal progress of the heart rate is pointed out by a user (609).
