ARTERIOSTENOSIS DEGREE MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arteriostenosis degree measuring instrument capable of easily and speedily evaluating an arteriostenosis degree.

SOLUTION: The arteriostenosis degree measuring instrument is provided with a pulse wave detecting means for detecting a first pulse wave on the central side of an examinee's body, a second pulse wave detecting means for detecting a second pulse wave on the peripheral side of the examinee's body, and an electrocardiographic induction wave detecting means for detecting an electrocardiographic induction wave. Further, the arteriostenosis degree measuring instrument is provided with an evaluation means for calculating a first pulse wave propagation time from the first pulse wave and an electrocardiographic wave and calculating a second pulse wave propagation time from the second pulse wave and the electrocardiographic wave to evaluate the arteriostenosis degree based upon a ratio of the first pulse wave propagation time and the second pulse wave propagation time.
