<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of identifying a person taking a course for preventing both misrecognition in which a third person is authorized as a user himself or herself and non-recognition in which the user himself or herself is judged as a third person without placing any burden on the user. <P>SOLUTION: Voiceprint recognition is carried out at certain level and when identification can not be performed with voiceprints registered in a voiceprint DB 1100, personal information which is registered beforehand in a participation-in-a-course management DB 1200 is inputted; and the level of voiceprint authentication is lowered and authentication is carried out when the inputted information is correct. Consequently, when the authentication level is lowered, authentication is securely performed with both additional information and a voiceprint to prevent both misrecognition and non-recognition without placing any burden on the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
