<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable planned and economical Internet use through personal management of use time and a change to an optimum price plan in dial-up Internet connection. <P>SOLUTION: An Internet service control agency has means for offering a service of use time estimate management, means for processing billing statistics under commission from providers, means for making a new contract for or changing a price plan with a provider, means for numbering a common mail address usable without change even if the provider is changed, and means for enabling transparent reference to a mailbox of each provider. A user can enter time estimates with the use time estimate management means provided by the Internet service control agency to display an optimum price plan and change the price plan optionally and whereby to use the Internet economically according to plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
