ANTISTATIC FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film having a coating layer excellent in antistatic performances and adhesion to a substrate film. SOLUTION: The antistatic film is obtained by applying a coating liquid comprising an amphoteric polymer compound on a polyester film. The amphoteric polymer compound is preferably a compound comprising as its constituents a carboxylate salt as an anionic group and a quaternary ammonium salt group as a cationic group or a compound having a cationic group to anionic group ratio in one molecule within a specific range.
