PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium battery packing material prevented from lowering of lamination strength between layers and exfoliation of an outermost layer from an aluminum layer at deep drawing molding, laminating with high speed and good efficiency. SOLUTION: The lithium battery packing material is formed by the manufacturing method of laminating an outermost layer/ anchor coat layer 1/ sandwiched resin layer/ anchor coat layer 2/ aluminum layer/ anchor coat layer 2/ and sealant layer. A sandwiched resin layer is formed between the anchor coat layer 1 formed on one side of the surface of the outermost layer and the anchor coat layer 2 formed on one side of the aluminum layer on both surfaces of which, boehmite treatment is applied, by extrusion lamination method, afterwards, an anchor coat layer 2 is formed on the bohmite layer formed on one side of the lamination body and the sealant layer is laminated thereon by the extrusion lamination method.
