PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restraint belt capable of reliably tightening and restraining cargoes, preventing collapse of the cargoes, efficiently and easily restraining the cargoes even by one worker, and firmly pulling a belt body, and easily be manufactured. SOLUTION: A restraint belt 10 to restrain cargoes m comprises a belt body 1, and a tightening part 20 fitted to a part of the belt body 1 in an overlapping manner. The tightening part 20 is an elastic body to generate tension when it extends, a part of the belt body 1 is loosened to form a loosened portion 3, and the tightening part 20 is fitted to the loosened portion 3. A rope 11 to hook an end portion is fitted to the end portion of the belt body 1, and a rope 12 for hooking an intermediate portion to be hooked to the cargo m is fitted to the intermediate portion.
