PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof lining for a vehicle, and to improve assembling efficiency by modularizing an electronic component and the lining to be arranged at the same time. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the roof lining 10 covering the ceiling side of a vehicle body.
