PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical element module which reduces affection to an optical output waveform by the relaxation oscillating frequency of an optical element upon high-temperature operation, in the optical element module for outputting an optical signal with the bit rate of 10Gb/s. SOLUTION: The optical element module is constituted of the optical element 11, a first resistor 111 whose one end is connected to the signaling line, an inductor 211 whose one end is connected to the other end of the resistor 111 and whose other end is connected to the optical element, a capacitor 121 connected in parallel to the inductor 211 with respect to the other end of the first resistor 111 and the optical element 11, and a second resistor 502 connected in parallel to the inductor 211 and connected in series to the capacitor 121.
