PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the lateral expansion of a transmission structure by compactly storing two clutches for independently engaging and disengaging traveling system power and PTO system power in a transmission case. SOLUTION: A traveling system output shaft 34 and a PTO system output shaft 32 are installed at the upper part of the transmission case 3, and a traveling output gear 36 and a PTO output gear 90 are installed at the rear end of these two output shafts 32 and 34 apart a specified distance in the longitudinal direction, to transmit a power to the hydraulic clutch 41 of a reservoir mechanism 4 by the traveling system output gear 36. Also, the input gear 96 of the PTO clutch 25 is driven by the PTO output gear 36 to install the hydraulic clutch 41 of the reservoir mechanism 4 and the hydraulic PTO clutch 25 with the front side of the hydraulic clutch 41 shifted forward and the hydraulic PTO clutch 25 shifted rearward.
