<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component holding fixture by which a wire can be fixed to a fixing plate or a printed board and the attachment and detachment of the fixing plate can easily be conducted from one direction by a simple operation, and which is superior in versatility. <P>SOLUTION: The electric component holding fixture 1 comprises a holding means that holds an electric component or the like, and a fixing part that fixes the holding means to a member to be fixed. The fixing part comprises a locking leg 3 with movable and fixed check claws 4, 4' that are inserted in a fixed hole formed in the member to be fixed at the lower-side tip of a support column 6, and also comprises an elastically deformable press operation piece 5 that is formed on the extension of the movable check claw 4 and serves as a release mechanism when removing the electric component holding fixture from the member to be fixed.
