PRINT CONTROL PROGRAM, PRINT CONTROL SYSTEM, AND PRINT CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain flexibility when the format is altered in business printing of a fixed form through an inexpensive arrangement while sustaining high speed print control.

SOLUTION: The print control system 1 separates the variable part and the fixed part of print data based on logical information and layout information capable of discriminating the fixed part and the variable part and registers print data of the fixed part previously in a storage device 3 on the printer 2 side. Processing of second page and the fixed part of identical format once subjected to print processing is not duplicated but only the variable part is transmitted to the printer 2 thus shortening the data transfer time and the print processing time of the printer 2.
