PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance corresponding to a use charge meter for electricity or gas allowing a user entering into a contract for purchase/loan of household appliances to obtain an 'inexpensive feeling' to a charge paid when using the household appliances and to provide a system using it.

SOLUTION: In this system, the user of the household appliances concludes the payment contract of the charge according to a use degree with an appliance provision company selling/loaning the household appliance, and a use degree monitoring terminal communicable with the household appliance and the appliance provision company is installed in a user's house to allow payment of the charge according to the use degree.
