<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demand an appropriate burden of product quality retention and maintenance cost by finding unauthorized distribution. <P>SOLUTION: Products are provided with unique IDs, and a corresponding database server is prepared, into which distributor data and delivery dates are input after producers' shipment and until delivery to consumers via distribution. If a detention status of a product 110 is found at each authorized distributor, the producer can advise the distributor about improvements in quality retention and the like. Delivery to an unauthorized distributor, not an authorized distributor, discontinues the input to reveal the presumption that the last authorized distributor concerned has departed from the authorized distribution route. A consumer 400 can read in the ID attached to the product 110 by a simple method and refer to a product database to know production information at the shipment by the producer 100 irrespective of what indication the product 110 in the distribution process has. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
