<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatic man-hour calculation which works out a high-accuracy estimation, taking into account a work/assembly process, without using CAD data and without being affected by designing means. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic man-hour calculation system comprises: a process setting means that sets the work and assembly process of a component from assembly information and component shape information of sheet metal work created by a CAM system; a process element extracting means that analyzes the process information set by the process setting means and extracts process element information; a standard time searching means that searches a standard time for the work corresponding to the process element; and a man-hour calculating means that calculates the man-hour from the extracted process element and the searched standard time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
