EQUIPMENT FOR VACUUM EVAPORATION RECOVERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for vacuum evaporation recovery by which evaporative components of to-be-treated matters in flue gas of a vacuum heating furnace can be efficiently recovered without causing damage to a vacuum pump part, and the recovered matter can be easily post-treated.

SOLUTION: A dry pump 3 as a vacuum pump is provided to a flue-gas pipeline 2 of the vacuum hating furnace 1 containing to-be-treated matters. A 1st trap 4 for recovering a high boiling point component is provided to the flue-gas pipeline 2 in the preceding stage of the dry pump 3. A 2nd trap 6 is provided to the flue-gas pipeline 2 in the subsequent stage to the dry pump 3. The 2nd trap 6 is kept at temperature lower than that of the 1st trap 4 to recover a component of a low boiling point.
