<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum display device having a simple inside structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotary drum display device, an endless symbol display body 2 is wound around a driving wheel 11 and driven wheels 21 to drive the driving wheel 11 for rotating the symbol display body 2. A backlight mechanism 100 including a guide portion for guiding the symbol display body 2 forward is provided on the inside surface side of the symbol display body 2 and between the driving wheel 11 and the driven wheels 21.
