ACOUSTIC PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic panel and its manufacturing method which can be implemented with a good interior property and can obtain an excellent sound absorption effect, and further, which is excellent in workability. SOLUTION: A decoration plate 3 is fitted on the surface of a rectangular intermediate plate 2 in which a plurality of rear grooves 1 are formed on the rear face. A plurality of pattern grooves 4 are formed down to the depth from the surface of the decoration plate 3 to the rear groove 1 of the intermediate plate 2 in the crossing direction with the rear groove 1 to partly connect the pattern grooves 4 with the rear groove 1. A frame body 5 framed in a rectangular shape is set to the rear face of the intermediate plate 2 and a sound absorption material 6 is set in the frame body 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
