PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a two wefts-holding structure, compared with a conventional holding structure and separately hold three or more wefts in a weft-holding apparatus arranged between each stationary weft-inserting nozzle of a fluid jetting loom and a reed. SOLUTION: This weft-holding apparatus 3 has a pressing board 10 above or under a plate member 7 and forms a holding region 11 between the plate member 7 and the pressing board 10 and introduces weft ends continuing from the each stationary weft-inserting nozzles 1 to a cloth fell side between the plate member 7 and the pressing board 10 and holds wefts. In the weft-holding apparatus, one or more sheets of an intermediate member 9 are disposed in stacked state between the plate member 7 and the pressing board 10, and the holding region 11 is formed between mutually adjacent members of the plate member 7, the intermediate member 9 and the pressing board 10.
