PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet of an olefinic synthetic resin which restrains the occurrence of creases, has an excellent oil resistance so as not to cause a waving deformation by a higher fatty acid such as oleic acid even in the use for a long period of time, does not cause a deformation (curling) by moisture absorption and is thereby suitable for a desk mat or table mat. SOLUTION: This multilayer sheet is produced by laminating an external layer (A) comprising polybutylene terephthalate resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 30-60°C on at least one surface of a substrate layer (C) comprising polyolefinic resin via an adhesive resin layer (B). In this case, the thickness ratios (A/C) and (B/C) of both external layer (A) and adhesive resin layer (B) to the substrate layer (C) are≤0.1, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
