PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a rubber sheet containing short fibers which eliminates generation of a weld line, makes the amount of discharging of a tubular molded body large by reducing flow resistance and inner pressure, and has improved orientation of short fibers. SOLUTION: The producing method for rubber sheet containing short fibers is as follows: after mixing and kneading rubbers and short fibers by an extrusion screw 4 of a cylinder 3, an inner die 7 is extruded by an annular expansion die 5 housed in an outer die 6 through a gear pump 30, and a tube shaped molded body 10 of rubber 15 containing short fibers is made and cut open into sheets. The inner die 7 has a conical shape where the diameter is gradually extended toward an outlet. The rubber 15 kneaded by the extrusion screw 4 is moved without flow inhibition and without changing a flow direction, and while passing through a rubber path 8 of the annular expansion die 5, it is molded by extrusion molding into a tube shaped molded body 10 where short fibers are oriented toward the circumference.
