PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel, which has high adhesive strength, is reduced in the occurrence of voids and corresponds even to the kinds of diversified face materials, by applying surface treatment to a face material in the case of a batchwise system, and a manufacturing apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the sandwich panel and the manufacturing apparatus therefor, a foamable resin raw solution is injected in the space formed by opposing upper and lower face materials 1 which have a form shape and of which the inside surfaces are subjected to plasma discharge treatment.
