PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for managing a received speech matter capable of informing an operator of a department or a section in charge about contents of matters resulting from accepting complaints or the like from customers together with difficult technical terms and meticulous nuance, simply searching and reproducing complaints or the like of the other matters, and managing matters such as the confirmation of a job schedule from a visit place. SOLUTION: The apparatus for managing a received speech matter provided with a speech recording apparatus 1 for recording accepted speech contents to a speech content DB 11 and a speech recording content reproducing apparatus 2 for reproducing speech contents to manage accepted speech matters, includes: a matter registration apparatus 3 for registering bibliography information to a received matter DB 31; a job schedule apparatus 4 for registering a job schedule to a schedule information DB 41; a job schedule reference apparatus 5 for referring to the job schedule; and a leased line network 71 for connecting the apparatuses.
