PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output of a laser device having combinations of a plurality of laser diodes and a collimator lens array by providing a lot of combinations of above components, and also to facilitate assembling. SOLUTION: The laser device is provided with the plurality of laser diodes, a block 11 which fixes and holds the laser diodes 12 in a state that dots emitting light are aligned in one direction, and a collimator array wherein a plurality of collimator lenses 14a which make laser beams 12B from the laser diodes 12 parallel lights are unified in a body aligned in one direction. A plurality of fixing parts (constituted of, e.g., a horizontal laser fixing surface 11a and a horizontal lens fixing surface 11f, or the like) which is made a stage by changing height position and optical axis direction position are formed in one block 10. The combinations of the plurality of laser diodes 12 and the collimator lens array 14 are fixed to the plurality of fixing parts, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
