摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectronic interface device having a reflecting surface, which is hugh in cost performance, is simple in structure and can be manufactured even in a mass-production site in a device and method for connecting or coupling a photo device and an optical fiber mutually. SOLUTION: The photo device 113 which has an operating part 114 and contacts 110 each of which is electrically coupled with one of a plurality of electric tracings is arranged on an interconnection substrate. A molded optical part 109 which entraps the photo device is formed and, moreover, a reflecting surface 112 having a plurality of curved surfaces, which draws light between an optical connector 101 and the photo device 113 and matching devices 207 and optical input/output faces 134 are formed in the molded optical part 109. The optical connector 101 includes a plurality of optical fibers 102, 204 and matching devices 206 and the plurality of optical fibers are adjusted to the reflecting surface by engagement of both matching devices 206 and 207.
