<p>The invention relates to the validation, by the FMS flight management computer on board an aerodyne, of a flight plan (Dpv) constraint, such as altitude, at an imposed fly-by point close to the position of the aerodyne at the moment when the automatic flight plan-following system is activated. According to the invention, one such constraint is validated in advance by looking into the near future using an aerodyne movement forecast (Pt), taking account of the movement of the aerodyne during the transition between the application of the current flying orders before the activation of the automatic following system and the flying orders newly provided by the FMS flight computer (30) at the time of activation.</p> |
