1. A sugar coated product which comprises an edible core material, the surface of which is coated with a hard coating composed of a sugar alcohol, and an additional agent wherein a layer of said hard coating is used containing a sour agent in an amount of 0.9-5.0 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the product. 2. The product as claimed in claim 1 wherein a hard coating composed of a sugar alcohol and sour agent. 3. The product as claimed in claim1 wherein said hard coating consists of separate and independent layers, a layer containing sugar alcohol and a layer containing sour agent. 4. The product as claimed in claim1 1 to 3 wherein said sugar alcohol is selected from the group consisting of maltitol, sorbitol, lactitol, xylitol, erythritol and reducing paratinose and mixtures thereof. 5. The product as claimed in claim1 1 to 4 wherein said sour agent is selected from the group consisting of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and mixtures thereof. 6. A process for the preparation of a sugar coated product which comprises applying a saccharine solution over the surface of an edible core material, evaporating moisture to form a hard coating and repeating said steps wherein the saccharine solution is applied over the edible core material, further containing a sour agent in an amount of 0.9-5.0 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the obtained product. 7. A process for the preparation of a sugar coated product which comprises applying a saccharine solution over the surface of an edible core material, evaporating moisture to form a hard coating and repeating said steps wherein after applying sugar alcohol over the surface of the edible core material at least one separate layer of a solid sour agent or a solution containing a sour agent, the agent is used agent in an amount of 0.9-5.0 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the obtained product. 8. A process as claimed in claim 6 or 7 wherein a substance selected from the group consisting of maltitol, sorbitol, lactitol, xylitol, erythritol and reducing paratinose and mixtures thereof is used as sugar alcohol. 9. A process as claimed in any one of claims 6-8 wherein a substance selected from the group consisting of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and mixtures thereof is used as sour agent.
