摘要 PURPOSE: A top gas temperature control apparatus in blast furnace is provided to maximize spray efficiency, protect furnace top facility and contribute to stabilization of furnace circumstances by controlling spray part and spray flow rate according to top gas temperature distribution, thereby efficiently controlling top gas temperature. CONSTITUTION: The top gas temperature control apparatus in blast furnace comprises first to fourth ascension pipe thermometers(3a-3d) installed on ascension pipes in the top of the blast furnace to measure temperature of blast furnace gas exhausted through the respective ascension pipes; first to eighth spray nozzles(12a-12h) circumferentially installed on the top of the blast furnace with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance to inject water to a lower side of the blast furnace; first to eighth nozzle cutout valves(41a-41h) for turning on or off supply of cooling water to the first to eighth spray nozzles; first to fourth cooling water branch pipes(42a-42d) for supplying cooling water to two spray nozzles installed in a region perpendicular to an installation position of the first to fourth ascension pipe thermometers in the first to eighth spray nozzles; first to fourth flow rate control valves(43a-43d) respectively installed on the first to fourth cooling water branch pipes to control flow rate of cooling water flowing to corresponding branch pipes; first to fourth flow rate detectors(44a-44d) for detecting flow rate of cooling water flowing to the first to fourth cooling water branch pipes; first to fourth cutout valves(45a-45d) installed on the first to fourth cooling water branch pipes to supply cooling water or cut out supplying of cooling water to the cooling water branch pipes; first to fourth spray control parts(46a-46d) for controlling the respective cutout valves and the flow rate control valves so that amount of cooling water proportional to temperature increase is supplied to respectively corresponding two spray nozzles if gas temperature of corresponding ascension pipes is increased to an allowable limit temperature range or more by receiving measured temperature values of the ascension pipe thermometers and corresponding flow rate values of the flow rate detectors; a cooling water main pipe(47) to which the water branch pipes are connected; and a pump(48) for supplying cooling water to the cooling water main pipe.
