<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric device including an electrode having high transparency and high conductivity so as to achieve high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric device is constituted including a photoelectric conversion layer 10 formed from a photoactive material; a second electrode 8 arranged on a first surface of the photoelectric conversion layer; a first electrode 6 having one or a plurality of conductive tracks 14 arranged on second surfaces of the photoelectric layers, which are faced with each other, so as to receive a photoelectron generated from the photoelectric convergence layer; and a condensing device close to the first electrode.
