<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap structure of a reagent vessel and a fractionating method of a reagent capable of conducting fractionation work without removing a cap in every time of fractionation for a reagent stored in a vessel main body. <P>SOLUTION: This cap structure is constituted of a sealing body 4 for sealing an opening part 12 of the vessel main body 11, an opening and closing member 6 link-coupled to a sealing body holding member 5 for holding the sealing body 4, for bringing the sealing body 4 into close contact with the opening part 12 all the time, for lifting up the sealing body 4 upwards against energizing force of itself to release the opening part 12, returned to a prescribed position by the energizing force when pressing force gets away, and capable of closing the opening part 12 by the sealing body 4, and a cap main body 13 for attaching the sealing body 4 and the opening and closing member 6 onto the opening part 12 of the vessel main body 11 stored with the reagent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
