<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial vegetation material usable under a condition at a tilted part, a condition under a strong wind, or the like, unconsiderable on a normal ground surface, and obtained by using a large amount of recycled material without causing pollution such as elution of a heavy metal; and to provide a method for producing the vegetation material. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial vegetation material is obtained by forming a liquid slug of municipal refuse or iron and steel slug, having ≤5 mm particle diameter by using a cement-based binder, and curing the formed product. Granules having open cells and ≤5mm particle diameters and comprising a glass (the content of silicon dioxide is regulated so as to be ≥60% by weight) as a main component are used as an aggregate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
