<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ventilation inside shoes without any increase in speed of the shoes to the ambient air. <P>SOLUTION: The shoe includes a ventilation means having an opening part 10 and at least one guide piece 11 extended in the opening part 10. The guide piece 11 is disposed to direct the air toward the inside of the opening part 10 of the ventilation means during exercise using the shoe. The guide piece 11 is disposed with a forward gradient to the longitudinal axis of the shoe. Thus, when the moving speed of the shoe becomes highest during the period of walking, the guide piece 11 becomes substantially parallel to the stream of air so that the air is easy to enter the ventilation means.
