PIN ISSUING METHOD, PIN ISSUING SYSTEM AND SERVICE PROVISION SYSTEM USING PIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practically use a sales distribution network of existing stores, and to realize provision of service using a PIN secured with security by a simple system.

SOLUTION: A PIN generation device 101 of a provider providing the service is provided with a means generating the PIN and enciphering the generated PIN according to a predetermined rule. The enciphered PIN is distributed to a PIN store system in an electronic data state. A PIN sales device 120 is provided with a means storing the enciphered PIN sent from the PIN generation device 101, a means decoding the stored enciphered PIN on the basis of a PIN issue request from a user according to the predetermined rule, and a means printing the decoded PIN to a PIN certificate 150.
