<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare a home page by using the information of an advertising medium, and to efficiently update information carried by the home page. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic advertisement providing system 1 for preparing electronic advertisements by using an information code such as a QR code attached to the advertising medium is provided with a merchandise data base 63 for storing data for preparing electronic advertisements as long-term information for storing the data in a long term or short-term information for storing the data in a short term, a long-term information registering means 45 for inputting the long-term information associated with merchandise, and for storing the long-term information in the merchandise data base, a short-term information registering means 46 for inputting an information code, and for extracting short-term information associated with the information code, and for storing the short-term information in the merchandise data base and an electronic advertisement preparing means 48 for preparing electronic advertisements by using the long-term information and short-term information stored in the merchandise data base, and for storing the electronic advertisements so that they can be acquired through a communication network by a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
