PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a picture image picked up at desirable timing by user without causing troubles to users. SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises a temporary storage part 240 for temporarily storing a plurality of image data respectively including object of successively temporary imaging, an image analysis selecting part 260 for selecting the imaging data as picture image data to be stored as image data from a plurality of picture image data on the basis of the motion of the object detected from the object after analysis of a plurality of image data stored in the temporary storage part 240, and a storage part 300 for storage for storing the image data selected from the picture image analysis selecting part.
