<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pigment dispersing agent for a polyurethane resin which gives a low viscosity and a high gloss value at a high concentration of a pigment. <P>SOLUTION: This pigment dispersing agent comprises a urethane resin obtained by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate, and≥70 mol% of the polyol and the polyisocyanate have a molecular weight of≤500, respectively, and simultaneously the polyol comprises a polyol having an anionic group, and the acid value of the urethane resin is 50-150 (KOH mg/1g resin solid component) when used as an aqueous dispersing agent and 20-150 (KOH mg/g resin solid component) when not used as an aqueous dispersion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
