PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall ventilation structure capable of tightly attaching an anchor used for mounting a sash, an external wall or the like to an opening frame irrespective of specifications or mounting methods to window reinforcing posts as constituent members of the opening frame while securing a connection route for connecting up and down vent spaces holding the opening frame of the window or the like. SOLUTION: A connection route (32) for connecting both up and down vent spaces (30) and (31) holding the opening frame (27) is provided inside a wall (2) providing the opening frame (27) composed of a window sill (14), a window lintel (13) and right and left window reinforcing posts (11) and (11) lying across between both right and left posts (10) and (10), and the connection route (32) comprises a vertical groove (23) formed at an intermediate part between an external wall side and an internal wall side at the surface of the post (10) side in the window reinforcing post (11), an upper side route (33) for connecting the upper end of the vertical groove (23) and the upper side vent space (30) and a lower side route (34) for connecting the lower end of the vertical groove (23) and the lower side vent space (31).
