PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device with a small number of parts without causing complication of a structure nor rattling or the like even when a seat is coupled with a floor. SOLUTION: The coupling device has a structure where a fitting pin 121 mounted on a first base body 101 fixed to the seat is fitted into a fitting hole 221 formed on a second base body 201 fixed to the floor, and retains a locked state by inserting a retaining member 241 mounted on the second base body 201 into a recess 124 on an outer peripheral surface of the fitting pin 121 in a fitted state. In this device, at the time of fitting, the retaining member 241 is pressed and expanded outside by a tip portion of the fitting pin 121, is inserted into the recess 124 by spring action, and is retained in the locked state where the fitting pin does not come out. On the other hand, the retaining member 241 is pressed and expanded outside and the locked state is canceled by turning the fitting pin 121 by operation of a lever 131. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
